ABOUT ME
I am Astrid Bienkowski – an interior designer with a clear creative vision and a deep connection to natural materials.
With roots in the real estate industry, as a trained real estate agent and a graduate in real estate economics, I combine in-depth expertise with a keen sense of space, aesthetics, and atmosphere. My design style is inspired by Belgian purism: calm, minimalist, and high-quality.
Wood, natural stone, linen, and natural colors form the basis for timeless, stylish interiors that create a pleasant atmosphere and have a lasting effect.
I live with my family in the Taunus region and work throughout the Rhine-Main area. As a mother of three children, I know how important functionality and everyday practicality are, and that spaces must not only be beautiful but also livable.

WHY
INTERIOR DESIGN?
We usually spend well over half of our lives indoors and should therefore adapt them optimally to our needs.
The space that surrounds us has a major influence on our well-being (living) and, as scientifically proven, also on our productivity and creativity (working).
It is therefore worthwhile not only to furnish a room with furniture, but to develop a holistic concept that exploits the space's full potential.
I would be happy to advise you and, upon request, develop customized overall concepts that consider the interplay of color, form, and light. Specifically, I create a color concept, identify suitable materials, and develop corresponding furniture.
If you wish, I can also provide you with an intelligently designed lighting plan and a selection of functional and decorative luminaires.
Interior design lends a room character and a sense of comfort. Only then does a space become a living space.

Support during the construction phase or renovation
Do you need help with your decisions or someone who can not only develop a concept but also oversee the construction site and provide coordination support? I would be happy to take on this task!
Already during the construction phase, I use my understanding of room functions and user needs to ensure that, for example, sockets and light switches are positioned sensibly, coordinated with the future furnishings.
I also ensure that the foundations for a well-thought-out lighting concept are laid at an early stage: this includes not only placing the power outlets in the right places, but also timely planning for any necessary ceiling reinforcements.
In short: This saves you time, money and, above all, stress, because expensive and often only limited corrections afterwards can be avoided.
If necessary, you can also benefit from my network of local craftsmen and manufacturers, whose quality I have valued for years. Since I always work within the limits of my professional expertise, I also look forward to collaborating with architects, structural engineers, and surveyors. Your project is therefore always in the best hands.
